Join us at Fall Fest as a Vendor to connect with the community and have the chance to meet over 3,500 people from over 25 states! 

  • Large Vendor (20’x40′): $600
  • Small Vendor (10’x10′): $300
  • Additional Space 10’x10′: $50

*AMBC requires a 10% cost share on all on-site retail sales. These funds directly support our mission to build and maintain trails and expand access to outdoor recreation.

Festival hours:

  • Friday – 5:30 pm – 9 pm
  • Saturday – 8:30 am – 10 pm
  • Vendor setup: Friday 11/6 from 8 am – 5 pm
  • Vendor teardown: Sunday 11/7 from 8 am – 2 pm

Who We Are

The Appalachian Mountain Bike Club (AMBC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building, maintaining, and advocating for natural surface trails in and around Knoxville, Tennessee. Since 2007, we’ve created over 100 miles of trail and built a vibrant community of riders, runners, hikers, and volunteers. Our mission goes beyond trail building—we’re here to connect people to nature, to each other, and to the power of outdoor recreation.
